When we got here we were told it is foggy this time of year. It never seems to burn off so I am thinking 80%smog 20% fog. We were told by the guide that Delhi was designed for a population of 27 thousand!!
I don't know what the population of Delhi, but I suspect it's more than 27 thousand.
Yeah I was thinking from some of the other photos that it looks like smog ... says the one who is not the expert on these matters ...
